When the green movement finally became popular and took hold of the renovation world, we were excited. Since 1997, Kara O’Brien has been building with reclaimed and salvaged house parts and recycled countless house parts, raw beams and wood from the landfills. And we relish using tankless hot water heats, insulating with soy foam spray, and building in energy efficient windows.
